Directions for use:
Sit still and rest for a few minutes. Remove nail polish or artificial nails from the finger used. Open the clip, place your fingertip fully inside with the nail facing up, and switch on. Keep your hand still and wait until the readings stabilise before reading the display. Cold hands or movement can affect accuracy. Seek medical advice if readings are low or you feel unwell. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis.
