Fybogel sachets contain ispaghula husk, a natural fibre that adds bulk and softness to stools. Used for constipation and to help maintain regular bowel movements, including in IBS.
Directions for use:
Adults and children 12 years and over: stir 1 sachet into about 150 ml (half a glass) of water and drink immediately. Take morning and evening. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Do not take immediately before going to bed. Do not take dry. Not suitable if you have a bowel obstruction or difficulty swallowing.
